Once upon a soft, quiet night on a little farm, there lived a kind cow named Coco and a playful goat named Gigi.
Every day they played in the sunshine, but they had one special secret—they loved to watch the moon together.
One evening, as the sky turned purple and the stars yawned awake, Coco said softly,
“Moo… Gigi, look! The moon is extra bright tonight.”
Gigi’s tiny bell jingled as she hopped excitedly.
“Meeeh! Maybe the moon wants to play with us!”
The two friends tiptoed across the sleepy farm. The crickets whispered lullabies, the wind hummed a soft tune, and the moon glowed like a big silver lantern.
They reached the quiet meadow where fireflies floated like magic sparkles.
“Let’s dance under the moon,” Gigi giggled.
Coco smiled her slow, gentle smile.
“Only a small dance… It’s almost bedtime.”
So they began their moonlight dance.
Coco swayed left…
Gigi hopped right…
Fireflies twirled around them like tiny stars.
Then suddenly—whoosh!
A soft moonbeam touched the grass.
“Wow…” whispered Coco.
“Is the moon saying hello?”
The moonbeam shimmered like a friendly hand.
It wasn’t magic that made noise.
It wasn’t bright enough to scare them.
It was just a gentle glow that made their hearts warm and sleepy.
Gigi snuggled close to Coco.
“I think the moon wants us to rest now,” she said, yawning.
Coco nodded.
“Even the moon knows when it’s bedtime.”
Together they walked back to the barn—slow, quiet, cozy.
Coco lay on her soft hay bed.
Gigi curled up beside her.
Outside, the moon watched over them, glowing softly like a night-light in the sky.
“Goodnight, Coco,” whispered Gigi.
“Goodnight, little Gigi,” murmured Coco.
